- Provide emotional and practical support to individuals and their families, fostering a supportive and empathetic environment.Requirements:- Proven experience working with individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities.
- Completed Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
- Flexibility in working arrangements and a collaborative approach to working with individuals.
