- Lead and manage multiple AV projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Utilise project management software to track progress and communicate updates effectively.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present project updates and reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with expectations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AV systems integration.
- Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Proven experience in project management within the audiovisual industry or related fields.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on presenting information clearly.
