- collaborating with business stakeholders and evaluating their requests to determine feasibility for a range of change initiatives, including large IT projects/programmes, PowerApps, and Minor Changes
- eliciting, documenting, validating and prioritising complex business requirements (functional and non-functional) using a range of analysis tools and techniques
- documenting “as is” and “to be” processes both at a high and detailed level
- working collaboratively with the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
- ensuring traceability of requirements from source to delivery
- supporting vendor selections as appropriate
- managing stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project
- contributing to the knowledge of the team to support our 'continual service improvement' culture.
- be a confident IT Business Analyst within technology change environments with at least 4 years' analysis experience in complex IT projects or programmes
- be able to apply a vast range of business analysis skills/techniques to support the elicitation, documentation and prioritisation of business processes and requirements
- have a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, with the ability to handle complex information to translate into clear outputs
- be experienced in various project methodologies
- have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- have excellent workshop facilitation skills
- be great at multi-tasking to complete deliverables to a high standard while meeting tight deadlines
- have experience in contributing to software tender processes
- have experience in a range of projects, including software, infrastructure or security
- be very familiar with using standard Microsoft Office products, including Visio and DevOps
- possess specific business analysis qualifications, such as a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or appropriate contributing modules - alternatively, you may have an IT-related degree.
