Their ambition for the CRE function is to be trusted advisers to their global businesses and functions, helping them to balance service, cost, and risk. They plan to accomplish this through working with key strategic industry partners to bring innovation and new working practices to their workplace. Mace is one of these strategic industry partners with a specific remit for an Independent Project Management Office (IPMO). This role is embedded within the client organisation requiring attendance in the office 3 days per week. The location of the role is London.Our values shape the way we consult & construct and define the people we want to join us on our journey, they are:Safety first - Going home safe and wellClient focus - Deliver on our promiseIntegrity - Always do the right thingCreate opportunity - For our people to excelYou’ll be responsible for:Build and leverage relationships with internal functions and stakeholders e.g. IT, marketing.Further develop the communications strategy with the client, to be reviewed annually.Communications will focus on user impacts of changes within the client occupied premises, working in collaboration with the client’s communications team.Agree communications plans with the Managed Delivery Partners (MDP).Support the dissemination of communications including project design successes, best practice etc. within the client environment.Proactively encourage collaboration across the real estate delivery team including hosting workshops, presenting at knowledge shares and contributing to team meetings.Identify and implement continuous improvement plans or key business improvements particularly concerning development of the account relationship.You’ll need to have:An understanding of professional service and/or the building/property industry.Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with all levels of stakeholders.Experience in the development and execution of communications strategies.Experience in the tactical management and delegation of communications activities.The behaviours of: Collaborative, Curious, Contributor and Champion.An international mindset.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.You’ll also have:Project experience from diverse technical backgrounds/sectors.Accreditation with CIBSE, IET, IMechE, SoPHE.Understands the Business strategic goals and encourages their deployment.Relevant Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) Masters of Engineering.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
