We have a number of exciting opportunities to work within the Customer Services team at Tonbridge Castle on an ad hoc (casual) basis supporting our busy Castle shop and attraction.Within this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers both visiting the Castle shop and through our resident access channels. You will provide a friendly and welcoming service to all of our customers.This role would be mainly focused on the weekends and bank holidays with the potential to run into evenings throughout the summer months but could expand to other months within the year if demand is there.Our summer months run from Easter through to end of September and during these months our weekend and bank holiday opening times are 10:00 - 18:00, however, we are also looking to cover some events in the evening where we expect to be operating until around 21:00.You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate confident IT skills.There is a lot to learn, so you must be prepared to assimilate and retain a large amount of information quickly and demonstrate a “can-do” approach to your work.
