
AI Governance Manager

- Leading stakeholder engagement across senior forums and project sponsors
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of AI governance projects and initiatives
- Embedding group-wide AI governance frameworks and operational mechanisms
- Defining and agreeing outcomes and requirements with stakeholders
- Driving high-quality, data-led outputs to support decision-making
- Owning and coordinating communications around AI governance and development
- Sharing industry insights to inform internal AI strategy and awareness
- Ensuring systems and processes support good customer outcomes
- Proven experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of AI governance, business analysis and delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Ability to lead teams and work independently in ambiguous environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries
- A degree or equivalent experience (certifications like BCS, PSPO, Prince2 are a plus)
- A strategic mindset with a passion for ethical and impactful AI
