Production Operative - 3-Shift PatternLocation: Exeter | Pay: £15.51 per hour | Up to £2,600/month | Temp to PermAcorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in engineered metal products for the aerospace, defence, and transportation sectors.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and supportive manufacturing team in Exeter.The RoleAs a Production Operative, you will be working in one of the following departments:
  • Alloy.
  • Monoshell.
  • Cleaning / Pre-Finishing.
You will be involved in essential processes such as:
  • Handling and pouring molten alloy.
  • Operating high-pressure washing equipment.
  • Loading furnaces and managing casting components.
  • Following strict quality control procedures.
All roles are physically active and carried out in a hot, industrial environment - full PPE is provided.Shift Pattern (Monday to Friday)
  • Morning: 6am - 2pm
  • Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm
  • Night: 10pm - 6am
Regular overtime is available - especially on night shifts.Pay and Benefits
  • £15.51 per hour starting rate (paid breaks included).
  • Monthly earnings up to £2,600 (gross).
  • Temporary to permanent opportunities after qualifying period.

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in hot conditions.
  • Good spoken and written English.

  • Willing to learn and adaptable to shift work.
