Reporting to the Lead Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician, the Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician will provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements. The post-holder will focus on medicines management for outpatient and inpatient service developments.   • NVQ3 Pharmaceutical Sciences plus BTEC or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Medicines Management Technician qualification.
  • Experience of working in a hospital pharmacy and of project related work in this environment.
Desirable
  • Accredited Checking Technician qualification.
  • Educational supervisor qualification or working towards.
