Supply PlannerDo you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with numbers, and have a knack for balancing supply with demand?We’re hiring a Supply Planner to join a leading international FMCG operations team, ensuring the availability of products across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a high-impact role where you’ll optimise inventory, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key part in delivering seamless product launches.The CompanyOur client is one of the fastest-growing names in the global consumer goods industry, with a bold brand identity and a disruptive, fast-paced culture. Operating across 140+ countries, they’ve built a reputation for rapid growth, innovation, and a commitment to delivering market-leading products.The RoleReporting into the Planning Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining robust supply plans, managing finished goods production schedules, and working closely with co-packers to ensure product launches and customer demand are met. This is a role where detail, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving are key.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, issue, and track supply plans to ensure stock availability across EMEA
  • Confirm purchase orders with co-packers, ensuring accuracy of delivery dates, quantities, and BoMs
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks around stock-outs, delays, and obsolescence
  • Support new product launches through effective supply planning and OTIF delivery
  • Manage phase-in/phase-out of SKUs, minimising waste and inventory risk
  • Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters in SAP/APO
  • Run supply reviews with co-packers and evaluate performance against KPIs
  • Conduct root cause analysis on KPIs such as plan compliance, OOS, and inventory turns
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years’ supply planning experience within FMCG or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and a solid understanding of MRP principles
  • SAP experience (APO/IBP is desirable)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach to challenges
