As a Receptionist, your day will be varied and rewarding. Duties may include:
- Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Using computer systems to enter data accurately and retrieve information.
- Maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Handling telephone calls, taking messages, and relaying information promptly.
- Managing and responding to a range of patient and staff queries.
- Preparing, organising, and transporting medical and administrative records.
- Booking patient appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Supporting general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
