  • Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including subscription and license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and amendment agreements - aiming to minimize legal, commercial, and financial risks to Fitch Solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and Legal Counsel to establish appropriate terms and conditions for contracts.
  • Initiate and manage projects designed to mitigate commercial risk within the Commercial Organization.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for large, complex contracts.
  • Revise and develop a comprehensive library of precedent contract terms.
  • Assist in, and when appropriate, lead the preparation of tenders and proposals, including legal identity forms and statements of accounts.
  • Investigate breaches of Subscription and License Agreements (SLAs) by subscribers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Support the fee negotiation process alongside the Sales team, subscribers, and their appointed legal representatives.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Sales team to facilitate the settlement and payment of outstanding fees related to SLA breaches.
