- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance within the Accounting & Finance field.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
