- Client Leadership: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, providing expert advice to owner-managers on both business and personal matters. Become a trusted advisor who adds value to clients’ businesses.
- Revenue Growth: Drive growth by expanding existing service offerings and identifying new opportunities. Demonstrate commercial judgment and broad business thinking to deliver exceptional results.
- Cross-Selling & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to create and implement marketing strategies that leverage cross-selling opportunities, ensuring you maximize the full range of services the firm offers.
- Client Engagement: Oversee all aspects of client relationships, ensuring the efficient allocation of work and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Audit Management: Lead the end-to-end audit process, managing budgets and timelines. You’ll ideally serve as Responsible Individual (RI) for clients.
- Experience: You are likely a Senior Audit Manager, RI, Audit Director, or current Partner with substantial experience managing large client portfolios and leading audit teams.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of IFRS/UK GAAP with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and make informed decisions.
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification.
- Leadership Skills: A proven ability to lead teams, build client relationships, and provide strategic insights to solve problems.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact at senior levels with both clients and colleagues.
