You will lead and motivate a team of reception staff to deliver outstanding service to patients, colleagues, and doctors.You will assist the Practice Manager in overseeing and engaging your team in the day-to-day running of the Clinic, ensuring a seamless and professional patient journey at every touchpoint.This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to run the reception as needed to support business requirements.Living and demonstrating the TDP values in action is essential in this role, along with taking ownership of your performance using the Clinic Supervisor Competency Framework.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a can-do approach, and a naturally friendly, approachable, and professional manner. You will be someone who encourages and motivates others, helping to build a strong, cohesive, and supportive team environment.Experience
Previous clinical reception and administration experience in a Private or NHS setting
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
Proficient in patient database systems
Competent with Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of medical treatments and terminology
Familiarity with clinical and pricing documentation
