A leading creative studio is looking for a Senior 3D Designer to craft standout spatial experiences across retail, pop-ups, activations, and more. If you're a concept-driven designer with a passion for storytelling through space, this is your opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative team delivering work for global lifestyle, fashion, and luxury brands.About the StudioThis award-winning studio operates from amazing offices in East London. With an on-site workshop and multidisciplinary teams under one roof, they deliver everything from conceptual design to final installation. The team has recently grown and is now focused on consolidating excellence, with an emphasis on culture, collaboration, and creativity.The RoleReporting to an Associate Design Director, you’ll lead exciting projects from idea to execution. This role requires a confident, experienced designer with the ability to shape ideas, guide junior creatives, and work closely with internal teams and clients.You’ll be:
  • Leading design projects for physical brand experiences (retail, windows, pop-ups, activations)
  • Creating strong narratives and compelling spatial concepts in response to briefs
  • Presenting ideas clearly and confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Collaborating closely with production and technical teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Producing spec packs, sketches, moodboards and high-quality renders
  • Mentoring junior designers and supporting their growth
Who You AreYou are:
  • A well experienced Senior 3D Designer in a creative or retail design setting (agency or brand side)
  • A portfolio that showcases semi-permanent retail, windows, pop-ups, or installation design
  • A natural storyteller who thinks conceptually and executes with craft
  • Confident working end-to-end across multiple projects with strong time management
  • Highly proficient in SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bonus: experience with C4D, Rhino, Unreal Engine or other 3D/digital platforms
  • Passionate about design, collaborative, and someone who thrives in a dynamic studio culture
