Job Opportunity: Multi Skilled Joiner Location: Ashington Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary: £33,354 per annum OTE: Circa £37,000 per annum (including standby payments) About the Role We are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Joiners to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department , based in Ashington . In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out joinery repairs and associated multi-skilled works to both domestic and commercial properties , delivering a high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Carry out all joinery-related repairs and maintenance work. Deliver multi-skilled repairs across a range of building tasks. Provide excellent service to tenants and other stakeholders. Ensure work is completed to high standards and in a timely manner. Promote and represent Bernicia positively in the community. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A flexible and proactive attitude. Proven experience in domestic and commercial property maintenance . Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people. A sound understanding of building construction , materials, trades, and regulations. The ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment . A commitment to continuous improvement and adapting to change. Essential Qualifications and Requirements City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery or equivalent. Full UK driving licence. Experience working in a customer-focused role.
