This is a progressive and collaborative environment where your career and development will be actively supported.Role OverviewYou will be handling a broad and diverse range of commercial litigation matters, many of which are high-value, high-profile, and often complex in nature. These matters will span across shareholder and partnership disputes, contractual breaches and professional negligence claims, insolvency-related litigation, civil fraud investigations and asset recovery actions, as well as cross-border enforcement issues and international disputes.
