Pay: £101.40 - £105 per day (depending on experience)Are you passionate about making a difference in a young child’s education? A welcoming primary school in the L32 area is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Support Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.This vital role involves providing personalised support to a KS1 pupil, helping them to access learning and build confidence in the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 support tailored to the child’s individual needsAssist with classroom tasks and learning activities under the guidance of the class teacherSupport the child’s social, emotional, and behavioural developmentHelp implement personalised learning plans and monitor progressFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience working with young children, preferably in KS1Be patient, compassionate, and adaptableHold relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 preferred)Have excellent communication and teamwork skillsHold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)What We Offer:A supportive and friendly school communityCompetitive pay rates (£101.40 - £105 per day)Opportunities for training and developmentA meaningful role making a positive impact on a child’s education
