- Market Expansion Strategy
- Deliverable: Develop and execute a market expansion strategy including existing strategic plans. Outlining entry into new market spaces (geographic and Service lines), supported by market analysis, and timeline.
- Purpose: Enable sustainable business scaling and diversification.
- Includes: Market research, competitor landscape, entry strategy, cost- benefit analysis and timeline.

- Proven track record in business development within the health and social care sector.
- Strong understanding of M&A processes, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks in the care industry.
- Experience in developing and executing business development / commercial strategies to drive business growth.
- Experience of using CRM systems.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and meet ambitious targets.
- Experience working with NHS, local authorities, and CQC-regulated services.
- Knowledge of care market trends and funding structures.
