- Deliver engaging electrical installation programmes to apprentices aged 16-19
- Conduct workplace assessments and maintain comprehensive records
- Design and implement innovative schemes of work and lesson plans
- Liaise effectively with employers and college colleagues
- Support apprentices' professional and personal development
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes

- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (Apprenticeship or equivalent)
- Level 2 English and Mathematics (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent), or commitment to achieve
- Recognised FE teaching qualification (DET, PGCE or equivalent) OR willingness to undertake with full employer support
- Assessor qualification or willingness to obtain with employer support
- Substantial experience in the electrical installation industry
- Proven teaching, training or assessment experience in technical subjects
- Workplace assessment experience
- Knowledge of Further Education sector and City and Guilds qualifications framework
- Outstanding ability to motivate and inspire young learners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversity
- Effective classroom management and teaching practice
- IT literacy for digital learning platforms (training provided if needed)
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
