Systems Engineer - Radar

• Define and analyse complex problems within the radar domain
• Develop and optimise systems architecture
• Create and utilise synthetic environments for testing
• Conduct performance modelling to predict system behaviour
• Perform verification and validation to ensure system compliance
• Work on system of systems integration tasks

• Significant radar domain knowledge and experience
• Strong systems engineering skills
• Experience with digital signal processing, RF systems, or multi-sensor data fusion and tracking
• Familiarity with real-time data simulation and generation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and systems thinking
• Capability in defining issues and developing practical solutions
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification preferred
