What We offer:
  • £700 per week and £35 meal allowance, paid weekly
  • £800 per week if you are a driver and can use your own car for work
  • £200 welcome bonus for experienced Live In Carers
  • Regular schedule (usually 3 weeks on and one week off)
  • Contribution to travel costs to/ from work. We can also provide private transfer from home to work and back for those live in carers who live within travelling distance of the office
  • TV and WiFi facilities provided
  • You will be employed and entitled to Holiday Pay
  • Comprehensive training (a combination of online and COVID-19 secure face-to-face training). All training during your employment is paid
  • 24/7 Field support from our local CAREGiver Experience Team
  • Access to the wide network of Home Instead offices (+200 in the UK) if we cannot place you immediately
  • COVID-19: All of our CAREGivers undertake free weekly covid testing, full PPE, and opportunity to vaccinate.

She has lived with dementia for several years and this has affected her short term memory. She is a lovely person who enjoys going out and has a good routine retiring to bed normally by about 7pm. She enjoys accompany and will like to have care from someone who understands dementia and can support her with her anxiety. The client has no medication and wishes to be involved in many of the day to day activities. Her long-term and logical memory is not affected. But dementia has affected her short-term memory and she does forget things which causes her much anxiety. She eats well and hydrates well and is supported really well by her family, and friends.
