You’ll take full ownership of technical cases, working directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, resolve product challenges, and ensure high-quality service delivery every step of the way. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and enjoy diving deep into technical details, this role is for you.What you’ll be doing:
  • Act as the main technical contact for incoming support cases, managing them from first response to resolution
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to application behaviour, configurations, data integrity, and integrations
  • Escalate complex issues to senior specialists or other teams as needed, while maintaining ownership of the customer experience
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to customers throughout the case lifecycle
  • Document technical findings to help improve internal processes and knowledge sharing
  • Identify recurring support trends and collaborate on solutions to reduce future case volume
  • Ensure service-level standards are met with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
What you’ll bring:
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical, systems, or application support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of PHP and SQL
  • Ability to read and interpret JavaScript for support purposes
  • Experience using Linux-based systems and working in command-line environments
  • Familiarity with the LAMP stack and web application architecture
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, browser developer tools, and log analysis
  • Prior experience supporting CRM platforms is a plus ( SugarCRM preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage a workload independently with structure and attention to detail
Bonus points for:
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms in a technically complex environment
  • Familiarity with support tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Background in CRM customization, configuration, or integration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Microsoft IIS
  • Contributions to support documentation or internal knowledge bases
