We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Credit Administrator to join our finance team.Job Description:Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships? In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to our Credit Controllers, helping to manage invoice disputes and maintain healthy cash flow. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in credit control within a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating and raising invoice disputes on our internal databaseLiaising with internal teams to resolve outstanding issuesSending out copy invoices and customer statementsManaging a portfolio of small customer accounts, including chasing paymentsBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customersProviding general office support and holiday cover for Credit Controller functions, including cash allocation and risk assessmentKeeping up to date with customer account history and business interactionsKnowledge, Skills & Experience:Experience in credit control, ideally within an industrial or commercial settingStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of customer organisationsExcellent Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP, DBS, and Cognos is a plusCommercial awareness and an understanding of customer relationshipsA proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to Health & Safety policiesWhat We Offer:In addition to a competitive salary, an annual bonus, 25 days holiday, life insurance, and up to 7% pension, you will benefit from:A comprehensive benefits packageA supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentWhy Join Us:At Finning, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
