This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and providing essential administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the warehouse as required.
- Assist with deliveries as required.
- Previous experience in a plumbers' or builders merchant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
