Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (depending on experience)

Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to start your journey, this role provides the chance to make a meaningful difference across EYFS to KS2.Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of pupils across EYFS–KS2.
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged.
  • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to school life while ensuring the highest safeguarding standards.
To be successful as a Primary Teacher, you should:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from ECTs are welcome.
  • Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Strong commitment to fostering pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
