
Power Platform Developer

- The primary focus of the role is to be responsible for building the low code/no code Power Platform solutions for workflow/dashboards in line with User Stories
- Operating within the agreed business framework reporting to the business line Product Owner and Business Solutions Team
- Utilising knowledge of Power Platform to increase the functionality of the core product offering
- Making recommendations to improve processes and tools, and constantly work towards standardised, streamlined, and efficient operations
- Producing and maintaining high quality documentation and comments that supports development, testing and support
- Challenging requirements by using Power Platform experience & suggesting alternative solutions
- Managing the version control for each solution
- Addressing and resolving bugs with live solutions without causing an adverse impact or are disruptive to business users
- Actively participating in planning, task creation, iteration design, daily stand-ups
- Relevant, demonstrable experience of Business Process Automation through Power Platform specialising in Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, Power Bi/Query and SharePoint / Microsoft 365
- Attention to detail and ability to break down complexities to manageable and actionable tasks
- Team orientated, working well with others
- Creative problem solver able to handle unexpected situations or difficult challenges
- Ability to manage and develop stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage own workload, effectively prioritise and work to tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Embody the Power Platform ethos, keep up to date with best practices and be an active member of the community
- Qualification/certification in Power Platform/O365 –PL-900, Pl-100, PL-300 and PL-600
- Knowledge, prior experience and/or certification in JSON, HTML, CSS or relevant coding experience
- Experience with agile software development and delivery methodologies
