South DevonHighways£Up to £72,000A Leading Infrastructure Contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in the South Devon.The main objective of the role is to develop and implement commercial strategies for regional highways frameworks and projects.You will:
  • Lead subcontract negotiations and management, agreeing final accounts.
  • Prepare and present monthly project CVRs to senior business unit leaders.
  • Efficiently manage problem solving, change management and compensation events.
  • Build, manage, and maintain client, supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Prepare applications for payments, including cash flow projection and improvement plans.
