Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you'll also help shape personalised learning and behaviour plans that support real progress.This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference - in a role that's both professionally rewarding and personally fulfilling.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver lessons to individuals and small groups
  • Monitor, record, and report on student progress
  • Support the implementation of the School Development Plan
  • Promote the physical, educational, and moral development of pupils
  • Coordinate subject areas and assessments across key stages
  • Develop individual education and behaviour plans
  • Create stimulating, safe, and structured classroom environments
  • Ensure student safety both on- and off-site in line with risk assessments

About the schoolOptions Trent Acres is an outstanding independent specialist school; providing 141 places for pupils age 5-19.The school operates across two sites in Staffordshire providing academic and vocational opportunities in another both a rural, 12-acre site and a newly built college setting.The school is purpose built, modern and welcoming with a range of specialist learning areas including an indoor and outdoor riding school and outdoor gymnasium.
