- Accurate start/end dates reflecting current schedules and encouraged completion.
- Accurate consumption of materials.
- Accurate raw material reservations.
- Products are issued to the accurate locations.
- Understanding of organic chemistry.
- Experience scheduling production using leading ERP software (IFS, SAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of MRP and Master Data principles.
- Familiarity with product structures, bills of materials, and production routings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to understand and tackle challenges.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry with 1-2 years of laboratory experience OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry.
