Make a difference every day.We’re hiring an experienced Regional People Partner to provide maternity leave cover on a fixed-term contract (Nov 2025 – Nov 2026) for our London and South East region. You’ll be at the heart of leading, supporting, and inspiring our teams across the region. In this role, you will:
  • Coach and guide managers while supporting wellbeing and engagement
  • Lead on employee relations, change projects, and succession planning
  • Use data and insight to drive performance across the region
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to drive the region’s commercial success

You’ll:
  • Coach and guide managers to lead their teams with confidence
  • Support colleagues with performance, wellbeing, and employee relations matters
  • Lead change projects, restructures, and succession planning
  • Use data and insights to drive team performance and improvements
  • Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives
  • Collaborate on projects that make a real difference for colleagues every day
We're looking for someone who
  • Has experience as a Regional People Partner with strong HR knowledge, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
  • Is based either in London or the Berkshire or Surrey area with convenient access to central London
  • Is confident advising managers on performance, employee relations and organisational change
  • Can coach, influence and build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Is CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) with strong IT and data skills
  • Works professionally and independently while collaborating effectively with others
  • Is commercially aware and confident challenging constructively to drive results
