- Lead change projects, restructures, and succession planning
- Use data and insights to drive team performance and improvements
- Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives
- Collaborate on projects that make a real difference for colleagues every day
- Has experience as a Regional People Partner with strong HR knowledge, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
- Is based either in London or the Berkshire or Surrey area with convenient access to central London
- Is confident advising managers on performance, employee relations and organisational change
- Can coach, influence and build trusted relationships at all levels
- Is CIPD qualified (level 5 or above) with strong IT and data skills
- Works professionally and independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Is commercially aware and confident challenging constructively to drive results
- Salary of £50,000 – £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
