- mentoring junior colleagues, helping them to build technical as well as soft skills and coaching them to achieve their career aspirations within an inclusive team culture
- Extensive experience of leading strategy development in management or strategy consultancy within industry (e.g. traditional and digital retail/commercial banks, building societies)
- Demonstrable ability to build revenue generating client relationships across a number of stakeholders as well as cross-sell other Deloitte services into banking & payment clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a project-based or client-facing environment and managing stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of the UK Banking (retail and commercial/SME) industry
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic track record
- Flexibility to travel
- Postgraduate or professional qualification (e.g. MBA) or equivalent
- Experience in developing service offerings and propositions
