Salary: £55,000+I'm currently working with a well established and growing manufacturing business based in Bridgend that's investing heavily in both its operations and its people. Off the back of continued growth, they're now looking to bring in a Finance Business Partner, someone who can really connect the dots between finance and the wider business.This isn't just about reporting numbers. It's about being right at the heart of decision making, supporting teams across production, supply chain, and commercial with data-driven insight and real commercial input. If you're the kind of finance professional who enjoys being out in the business, working cross-functionally, and translating data into action, this could be a brilliant fit.What You'll Be Doing:Own and deliver monthly reporting across key manufacturing functionsUse Power BI to bring data to life - building dashboards that inform and influenceDrive cost and margin analysis to identify opportunities across operationsSupport with planning, forecasting, and budgeting - working closely with operational leadersDeliver variance analysis and challenge business performance where neededPartner with key stakeholders to shape decisions and drive improvementsOwn KPI reporting, trend analysis, and performance review packsHelp embed better reporting tools, processes, and system improvementsWhat We're Looking For:Qualified or finalist (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)Experience in a manufacturing or operations led environmentStrong commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge and support non-finance stakeholdersPower BI capability is keyAdvanced Excel and good ERP knowledgeSomeone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making finance meaningful across the businessWhat's on Offer:Salary from £55,000+ depending on experienceHybrid working model - typically 2-3 days on site in BridgendA growing business where finance is seen as a key strategic partnerSupportive and collaborative leadership teamThe opportunity to own reporting and insight and make a visible impactRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
