Soho, LondonMonday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) - this new 4-day work week is a 6-month trial, starting 19th May 2025.The RoleAs Casino Manager, you'll drive revenue across Casino and Games products by managing supplier relationships, securing commercial deals, and optimizing game performance. You'll use player insights and market trends to shape product strategy and support internal teams with the tools they need to execute effectively.Working closely with another Casino Manager and reporting to the Head of Casino, you'll help define the roadmap for multiple brands, oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth delivery, strong customer experiences, and commercial success.At LiveScore Group, we're the proud home of three of the most exciting brands in the sports and gaming world: LiveScore, LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet.   • Build strong relationships with key games suppliers to deliver games content and marketing support tailored to our customers' requirements whilst ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Optimisation of the products including setting bet limits, game selection and onsite positioning.
  • Work closely with game supplier and account managed team to ensure the highest quality experiences for our most engaged player groups.
  • Understand the performance of our games portfolio, what is popular and with which segments. Make recommendations to maximise revenue based on their performance.
  • Support the product and delivery teams in release of all related projects, suppliers and games, and provide insight which will help to guide the development roadmap.
  • Help CRM, marketing and promotions teams understand the value proposition of casino games and make sure they have the information needed to effectively market to our players.
  • Follow the industry closely to conduct competitor analysis and monitor changes to regulatory requirements and make business recommendation to adapt.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Social Responsibility Teams to ensure our casino games meet our commitments to responsible gambling and jurisdiction regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the insights team to produce regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis on casino games performance and derive recommendations to maximize KPI potential.
  • Build strong relationships and cooperation's with relevant stakeholders in other teams to grow the presence of casino within the LiveScore group.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Knowledge and experience of key casino suppliers and games, ideally from a global or multi-market operator
  • Experience working within regulated casino markets.
  • A data focussed and analytical mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise your own work load.
