The role involves guiding developer clients through the full lifecycle of residential and commercial development projects, including land acquisition, planning, infrastructure agreements, and plot sales.Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on strategic site acquisitions and disposals
  • Negotiating conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
  • Handling planning and Section 106 agreements
  • Managing infrastructure and utility arrangements
  • Overseeing plot sales and site disposals
