This is an excellent opportunity to work across a commercial portfolio, with clear routes for progression into Lead Engineer / Supervisor roles as the team continues to grow.The RoleService, maintenance & small works across commercial properties - pubs, restaurants, offices, and retailDiagnose and repair plumbing faults, including heating systems, pipework, and water systemsFlexible 40-hour week, Mon-Fri (working between 6am-6pm)On-call rota: 1 in 12 - £100 standby, minimum 4 hours paid, door-to-door when on callPlenty of overtime available with ongoing commercial contractsPackageUp to £40,000 basic salaryOvertime + on-call enhancementsVan & fuel card (personal use included) - company covers 10 miles/day personal useTravel paid after the first 30 minutes each day20 days holiday + bank holidays (increases by 1 day each year to a maximum of 28 + BH)What We're Looking ForExperienced Maintenance Plumber with strong fault-finding and commercial plumbing knowledgeComfortable working independently across commercial environmentsBased in Hertfordshire & surrounding areas (minimal London work)Ambitious engineer looking to grow with an established companyInterested?
