  • Deliver therapeutic groups, activities, and specialised interventions as per the Therapeutic Community manual and service needs

  • To be interested in working with individuals with complex and unique needs
  • Prior involvement in collaborating with families and individuals in the realm of substance use or relevant domains
  • Aptitude for creative thinking and adaptability to accommodate the evolving requirements of the service
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple agencies, while upholding the service's esteemed standing
  • Good working knowledge of adult protection and safeguarding, as the role entails working with vulnerable women in a residential environment

Therefore there is an Operational Requirement for this role to be fulfilled by a female (determined compliant under ACAS guidelines for recruiting applicants with a protected characteristic to do a certain job).#PF
