They are situated along the South Coast in Hampshire and attract a loyal, expanding client base and due to further expansion of their Civil Litigation team require another Civil Litigation Lawyer.The Civil Litigation Lawyer may be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of running a caseload including good knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, fast track and multi-track. The work on offer is varied to include matters such as breach of contract, property disputes, boundary disputes, contentious probate, repossessions, leashold litigation, product litigation, debt recovery and insolvency.There's excellent career prospects and genuine prospects to carve a very successful career within the firm.The role would suit anyone residing in areas such as Southampton, Hythe, Beaulieu, Fawley, Brockenhurst, Lymington, New Milton, Bransgore, Christchurch, Ringwood and Bournemouth or someone looking to maintain a balance between quality work and a work life balance.Salary dependent upon experience.
