  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary ward team.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the ward.

  • Manage staff rotas and resource allocation.

The ideal Ward Manager will have:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) status with valid NMC registration.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong clinical skills and a surgical background.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to business needs.
