Job Title: Manual Grinder – Surface, Cylindrical & Internal Grinding
📍 Brentwood, Essex
💰 £14.00 – £19.00 per hour (DOE)
🕒 Full-Time | Permanent | 39 hrs/week + Overtime (x1.5)About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Manual Grinder to join our precision engineering team in Brentwood. This role involves working on high-spec components for the Aerospace, Defence, and Commercial sectors.Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate manual grinding machines
  • Perform Surface Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, and/or Internal Grinding
  • Work to tight tolerances and engineering drawings
  • Ensure high standards of quality and finish
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production targets
Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in manual grinding
  • Proficient in one or more of the following: Surface, Cylindrical, or Internal Grinding
  • Experience working in Aerospace, Defence, or similar high-precision industries
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
