- Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
- Help students build resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation.
- Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and external agencies.
- Psychology or Criminology graduate (2:1+ preferred).
- Empathetic, patient, and motivated to make a difference.
- Experience with young people or vulnerable groups is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent pathway into educational psychology, youth work, social care, or mental health.
- Extensive training and a supportive, trauma-informed school.
- Long-term role with potential for a permanent contract.
