This vacancy is open to internal staff onlyAbout usThe One Front Door (OFD) Service is seeking to appoint an OFD Team leader to join our friendly team, working in a busy multi-disciplinary team environment.The One Front door service is the single point of contact for all of Warrington residents needing to access Warrington's Intermediate Tier services. Working together, our Health and Social care services have created a “One system, One Population, One Purpose” to improve the outcomes for our Warrington Residents. Part of the One Front Door service includes monitoring and responding to incoming calls from customers who have Carecall and Telecare equipment installed in their properties to support them to live well and independently at home. The carecall service has circa 4,500 customers.The roleThe role of the OFD Team Leader is to work as part of a multi-functional One Front Door Team. Supervising and supporting the OFD team to provide a high-quality customer focused service for a wide range of social care and health services. Duties of the role include but are not limited to supervising staff, rota management, contributing to review and development of procedures, monitoring call handling across the OFD service, including call handling in periods of increased demand to ensure that customers and referring professionals receive the right support at the right time. Monitor, audit and investigate Carecall calls to ensure they are handled within the TSA standards.What's needed?Excellent verbal communication skills are essential in this role, with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team. Previous experience of working within a contact centre environment or in a supervisory role, would be an advantage, although not essential. The successful applicant will need to be proficient in IT with a knowledge of Microsoft office and be willing to learn service specific systems.The successful applicant will need to be flexible and able to work over a 7-day period within the hours of 06:30 - 22:00 on a rota basis which includes weekends and Bank Holidays.BenefitsAs well as a competitive salary, working for us means you get:
