- Lead the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring design excellence and innovation.
- Develop and present compelling design concepts, material palettes, and spatial strategies.
- Oversee/participate in documentation, ensuring high-quality detailing and technical accuracy.
- Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to coordinate design intent and project delivery.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices to inform innovative solutions.
- Several years' experience gained as a senior interior designer with a leading interior design firm, with a strong portfolio of completed commercial workplace projects.
- Experience working with clients across commercial sectors across the UK and EMEA markets is a strong preference.
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Enscape is essential.
- Ability to lead and inspire design teams, with strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Project Management experience in coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
