Job Title: KS2 Teacher

Pay Rate: £130 – £251+ per day
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-timeAre you an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Teacher ready to motivate and support pupils in achieving their best?GSL Education are seeking a KS2 Teacher to join a school in Nottingham. This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils’ academic progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Responsibilities as a KS2 Teacher:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
  • Support pupils’ learning, confidence, and engagement in all areas of study.
  • Monitor pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and help pupils achieve their potential.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management, behaviour, and safeguarding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and share best practices.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages discussion, curiosity, and respect for others.
Requirements for KS2 Teacher:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Strong subject knowledge and experience teaching KS2 pupils.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • Creativity, energy, and the ability to motivate pupils.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
