- Assembly and Testing - Assemble and test K-Winch products including wireline winches and masts, following engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Hydraulic Systems - Manufacture hydraulic systems to specified standards, ensuring cleanliness and precision.
- Quality and Safety - Maintain high quality and safety standards; report and act on unsafe practices and ensure compliance with risk assessments and company policies.
- Team Collaboration - Support and guide colleagues, participate in team briefs, and contribute to process improvements and team objectives.
- Continuous Improvement - Generate and implement improvement ideas and support the adoption of new techniques, technologies, and practices.
- Workshop Organisation - Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area in line with 5S and LEAN principles.
