We are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Accounts Administrator to cover a nine-month maternity leave contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team within a growing logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:Duties involve:Provide high-level administrative support to the Finance DepartmentProcess purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely mannerReconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepanciesAssist with month-end and year-end reportingSupport payroll processing and liaise with external payroll providersMaintain accurate financial records and assist with budget trackingKey Requirements:Proven experience in a similar accounts administrator roleKnowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in a logistics or transport environment is advantageousBenefits:Full-time working hours, Monday to FridayFriendly and supportive team environmentOn-site parkingOpportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry
