- Manage a case load of foster carers, ensuring tasks align with the role of a Supervising Social Worker.
- Implement a strong understanding of Fostering regulations and National Minimum Standards, maintaining compliance to support foster parents.
- Facilitate communications with foster carers using trauma-informed understanding and therapeutic principles.
- Participate actively in team meetings, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a collaborative environment.
- Be involved in the duty rota to support foster carers, completing viability assessments when required, twice per month.
