
Outreach and Reintegration Lead

- Build trusting relationships with students and their families
- Deliver tailored educational sessions that inspire confidence and engagement
- Design and implement personalised reintegration plans
- Act as a bridge between home and college, supporting a phased return to education
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each learner's development
- Is a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Has experience working with students who have been excluded or disengaged from education
- Understands the impact of trauma, anxiety and SEND on learning
- Has outstanding communication skills and can build rapport quickly
- Is passionate about helping young people achieve their potential, no matter the barriers they've faced
- Thrives working both independently and as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team
