- Manage and oversee tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Address tenant enquiries and provide solutions to housing-related issues.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain high property standards.
- Support the allocation of housing, including processing applications and conducting viewings.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on housing activities.
- Manage and deal with anti-social behaviour and gather customer feedback
- Promote a safe and welcoming community environment for tenants
- 3-4 years prior experience in a housing or property management role.
- A strong understanding of housing regulations and tenancy laws.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a part-time or full-time schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in using housing or property management software.
- A customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately £12 to £14 per hour, based on experience.
- Part-time hours of 19 hours per week, offering flexibility to work full-time if wanted
