
Kitchen Porter

- Clean and sanitize kitchen dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen work areas, including floors and surfaces, are kept clean and hygienic.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and helping chefs as needed.
- Collect and dispose of kitchen waste in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all food and equipment are stored properly to maintain health and safety standards.
- Assist with deliveries, ensuring stock is organised and stored appropriately.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain hygiene standards in line with Food Safety regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
- Adhere to the company's health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team to help deliver a memorable holiday experience to our guests.
- Work efficiently and to keep within time frames so that everything is ready for our guests.
- Be able to prioritise and organise your workload.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential.
- A good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
